Hannah Stites is currently the Office Manager for the Illinois Quantum Information Science and Technology (IQUIST) Center of the Grainger College of Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, supporting the Quantum Sensing and Quantum Materials (QSQM) Center, the Hybrid Quantum Architectures and Networks (HQAN) Center, as well as the National Q-12 Education Partnership. Hannah previously worked in the department head’s office of the Department of Nuclear, Plasma, and Radiological Engineering (NPRE) and served as Section Leader for the Campus Charitable Fund Drive (CCFD) and received the 2019-2020 American Nuclear Society (ANS) Outstanding Staff Award.
Hannah received her B.S. and M.S. in Crop Sciences with a focus on Plant Breeding and Genetics from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has been an Illinois Administrative Professionals (IAP) member since 2018. She serves the professional development organization as President after serving as President-Elect and for two years as co-chair of the Membership & Mentoring Committee.
